We have flexible scheduling for busy adults. We offer in-person and remote GED preparation. With the remote option, you can take prep training anywhere!

 

If you want to take the first step towards a career, then you need to earn your high school equivalency credential. It is required for college and more important than ever for employers. Getting your high school equivalency credential can help change your life and expand your opportunities.

 

 

How long is the GED Preparation?

 We have a structure in place to help motivate and maintain a pace uniquely to your needs. The average person takes 3-6 months based on personal environment.

Where is GED accepted?

Everywhere! GED is an internationally recognized credential. Just as one state or country will honor another state's or country's high school diploma, they will also keep another state's GED credential. No matter where you take it, your GED credential will be accepted.

This includes:

  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®)

  • U.S. Military

  • U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Program

 

What are the identification and age requirements?

  • Age: In Texas, you can not be currently enrolled in high school and are at least 18 years of age.*there are special circumstances for 16 and 17 year old's.

  • Residency: You must be a resident of Texas. You have to be able to show proof before test day. Acceptable proof of residency includes: a valid Texas driver’s license; utility bill with a Texas address; bank statement with a Texas address

  • Identification: A valid government-issued (national or foreign) identification is required. On the day of your test, if you do not bring a valid government-issued ID, you will not be allowed to test. Valid forms of identification include:

    • state-issued driver’s license or identification card

    • military identification card

    • foreign- or U.S.-issued passport

    • matrícula consular identification card
